Greetings. My roommate moved out suddenly, and I have found myself in need of a roommate asap. Especially by July 1. I live in a ground floor 2 bd, 1 bath 920 sq ft apt in South Everett, right on Everett Mall Way. The unit has a washer and dryer. Complex has 2 pools and 2 Jacuzzi's and a nice little gym. Must sign lease at the apartment office and pay a minimal processing fee and sign a year lease. Rent and W/S/G is around $1700 split in half. I do plan to move to a renovated unit in October at the same complex.
