Couple looking for a roommate

Hello we are a family of 3 my daughter Patricia(10mo), husband Josh and myself Victoria. We have one room for rent that can be for a single person or a couple. If you are a couple the rent would be split differently than what my ad says since the 700$ is for a single person. You would have your own bathroom you would be sharing with my 10 month old daughter. We ask that you pick up after yourself and pitch in around the house with daily chores and such. We are relatively clean people and like to keep it that way.
