Room is South Marysville

Beautiful 2 y/o home. It’s 4 bedrooms, 2-1/2 bath. There is two living room’s. One is a bonus room upstairs. Brand new washer/dryer in laundry room upstairs. We have one dog here who is a friendly golden retriever. She is crated half the time so she doesn’t run loose. There is central air conditioning here also! We have a fire pit in the backyard . The bills are not included in the rent and everything is split 4 ways which keeps them affordable! Very peaceful home!
