4 bed, 1 bath rustic farmhouse on 20 acres. Wood stove, large kitchen, and furnace for heat. Large basement for storage. Again we will have to share the bathroom, there is only one. Other shared spaces include kitchen, living room, dining area, laundry on site. Plenty of parking spots.
Large yard for dogs, part of the yard is fenced with a dog door into the house. Extra charge per pet. No cats!
