House is in Mountlake Terrace, bordering Shoreline. $950/month (not including utilities, typically averaging around $55 per person). Lease is month-to-month. I have a cat in the house. Credit/rent history check mostly required, $45 application fee. Refundable security deposit of monthly rent due at move-in.
