Serenity in Snohomish!

Welcome to Serenity in Snohomish! My home is located within the City of Snohomish in a quiet, family neighborhood on a dead end street with plenty of free parking. All utilities are included in the monthly rental price.

Serenity in Snohomish backs to a greenbelt and is a 2700 square foot, two-story home built in 2007 and features three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, kitchen, dining, living, loft, laundry room, large trex deck with gazebo, three grills and one smoker, outdoor fire pit, vegetable garden, and a two car garage.

The three bedrooms are considered private and you will receive a key to your room, should you choose to use it. Common areas enjoyed by everyone in the home consists of the kitchen, dining, living, loft, and all outdoor areas. The shared bath used by the two tenants is not used by anyone else in the home.

Freeway access (I-5 and Hwy 9) are within 1-3 minutes drive. The town of Snohomish is a rural town approximately 45 minutes north of downtown Seattle. There are many restaurants and bars nearby, grocery stores, public transportation (bus and train), entertainment, and if you are an outdoors person, there are endless possibilities for hiking, camping, kayaking, boating, fishing, hunting, skiing, working out, backpacking, and so forth. The PNW is a mecca for the outdoors! The Centennial Trail access is approximately five minutes away.

I am a public health professional that travels approximately 40% of the time internationally. When I am not traveling, I generally work from home. I am available to you at anytime on any day should you need to reach out with a question, assistance, etc. There may be times when you have the entire home to yourself, or sharing with one other tenant while I am traveling. In the past, my tenants have enjoyed that flexibility and getting some quiet time in the home. :)

The atmosphere of my home is important to me. I strive to create an environment that is drama free, responsible, peaceful, respectful, and where everyone in the home does as they wish as long as they respect the house rules. It's chill and easy going, which seems to work out well for each person.

Due to the shared bathroom, I do not lease to couples and am specifically looking for female roommates.
