I have a dog & 2 visiting cats but no other pets allowed.
Room is 13' X 9' = 117 sqf
Bedroom door locks for privacy. Can be partially furnished if needed. I also have a TV for sale.
Shared bathroom. Shared refrigerator. Common areas include kitchen and laundry area.
RENT: $650 p/mo + utilities.
Willing to work out rent + utilities package if desired.
W/D made available as long as they are taken care of.
Month to Month Rental Agreement.
UTILITIES:
"Unpaid" utilities consist of Dish Network, Internet and Electricity. They are split equally between rented rooms (1/2 or 1/3)
"Paid" utilities consist of water, garbage and recycling.
DEPOSIT:
$650 deposit required. However, I'm willing to accept short term payments for deposit.
Basic Background check is required by move in date.
