We have a very nice furnished room to rent in our home in a quiet rural setting. 15 minutes to airway heights and 20 minutes to rousaurs on Francis. Bathroom is shared with other tenants. Use of laundry room and main kitchen. No smoking, no drugs, and no parties. Ideal renter would be nice, respectful, clean, no pets no exceptions. Location is very quiet and peaceful, lots of wildlife. Rent is $700/month includes all utilities except internet. Internet would be a separate fee per month only because of location. Internet is limited to certain services and plans.
