60 year old male seeking a roommate for a home in Deforest, WI. This is a bedroom that has a full size 9 drawer dresser and a 55” plasma tv for the renter to use and a shared bathroom. All utilities included and also free Wi-Fi, internet and cable. Use of kitchen and washer and dryer on premises. Seeking a non smoker and someone with a job and no criminal history. Background checks to be done. Street parking. Other roommate is a 52 year old male. I also have 2 cats and a pinball machine in the basement. Shared kitchen.
