I am looking for a professional or student who needs a room on the East Side of Madison. Private Room with Private bathroom, shared living room, on street parking, laundry onsite. This house is also in walking distance to grocery store and post office and close to the bus lines.
I am a quiet guy, don't smoke or do drugs, social drinker. I want someone who is busy with work or school. No pets or smoking.
This is just for one person, no kids or couples. I am going to do a month to month lease
