Seeking Roommate-Will Subsidize Rent For Dog Help

My current roommate is not renewing (moving out-of-state) so looking to sign a year lease that starts in June (lease signing by April 1). You would get the large master bedroom which has private bathroom and big walk-in closet and a nice view of a pond. Location is 5 minutes from West Towne Mall which has everything in terms of restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, etc. The immediate area around the apartment is quiet / lots of nature with other surrounding luxury apartment complexes. it is 20 minutes to downtown

About me: single male, 32yo. I've lived with guys and girls. I've worked as an R&D engineer at Sub-Zero the past 4 years. I work from home 1 day a week. I work 8AM-430PM, I like video games and TV shows and podcasts/reading. I don’t really have friends over or cook much. I occasionally have a cigar out on the porch

there is additional storage space that comes with the apartment. the place is already furnished and there is plenty of cookware/utensils for the kitchen. if you want to bring some furniture we can move things around in main space to make it fit. in terms of parking there are a LOT of spots directly near the door. the apartment is on ground level. the apartment complex is called Legacy Apartments, there are lots of amenities (pool, sauna, gym, etc.) - you can check their website out for pictures and more info on that stuff
