Boarding House

This is a boarding house, meaning tenants (full-time employees and/or full-time college students) rent a room rather than the whole house.

**Private Room for Rent ONLY**

Available for showing during the weekends. If you plan to come and see the room during the weekdays, please contact the landlord/managers for a custom appointment time.

If you plan to come and see it at any time before July 20th, note that the tenant still occupies the room; therefore, keep in mind that the room may not look like the picture shown.

Rent Cost:
-Deposit of $300 two weeks prior to moving in plus the additional application fee of $55 (non-refundable). All utilities are included in the rent.

Rent terms:
-6 months
-12 months

Requirements:
-Income must be 2x the rent cost
-No criminal record
