1 bedroom available in the downtown area.

Hi i'm Mike, I live and work at the Moderne, located Downtown in Milwaukee. I currently have a spare bedroom that is available for move in on the first of June/ perhaps sooner. I'm looking for someone who is interested in being roommates. I work the nightshift so i'll be working from 6pm to around 3 am. I have 3 cats, so if your allergic sorry that's going to be a no. I keep the unit very clean. i use the living room a lot but of course it is a shared space. there is also only 1 bathroom so that is shared as well. you would have to look around for parking as it is not included in the rent, but if you have no vehicle then no problem. I want to interview all the potential people out there first to see if there is any possible signs of a mismatch and issues along those lines.
