Room in a small upper duplex

Small upper duplex apartment, you’d have a room with a balcony. The laundry is in that room in a closet so would need to coordinate access to washer dryer. Your room is currently an art room but would be emptied. We could benefit from a AC unit in the living room, but you would probably definitely want one in your room as it gets hot up here. No tv currently in the living room anymore. I have 2 cats and one puppy here, must be ok with animals!
