I will be renting a room in the upstairs of my house (older house). Large Bedroom, with tv, air conditioner (with remote), remote controlled ceiling fan, blu ray player, night stand, dresser, fan, table, chair, microwave and large walk in closet.

Full bathroom upstairs (3 total bathrooms in house). Bathroom has a shower massage shower wand (6 settings), with lots of water pressure. Power strip with usb outlet. Lots of storage space in the bathroom. Shared with one other tenant.

There is also a second bathroom in the basement that can be used at anytime. Storage in the basement, if needed.

Shared living room and kitchen. Living room has a large screen tv. I usually keep to myself in the downstairs master bedroom edition, off the kitchen.

I am a pretty clean person and like and keep things pretty clean. Non smoking house. I don't care if people smoke outside.

I have 2 medium sized dogs who is are friendly to people. The dogs stay in my room or outside.

No application fee.

Month to month lease. minimum 30 day notice. Damage deposit of $650 required.
