Looking to rent a room in South Jersey

I’ve been renting a house with a roommate for the past seven years in West Berlin. Unfortunately the owner has decided he is going to move into the house, so we have to vacate by July 1. Since I have been working on starting a new business, I decided it’s time to just downgrade to a cheap room and pack as much money away as possible and get this thing going. So renting a room is the best option for me.

I’m a 45 year old man, although most think I’m 30. I’m generally more young at heart than people my age. I stay pretty active doing things like jam skating at the local skating rinks or doing workouts at home. I’m in very good health and I take very good care of my body.

For the past two years I’ve been doing rideshare driving full time. The money is great and it gives me the flexibility to strategize where and when I work as well as enjoy other things in life. I have never had an issue with paying rent for obvious reasons.

As far as roommates I’m pretty easy to get along with. I don’t drink alcohol myself but I don’t have a problem with those who do. Actually, as a rideshare driver I love it when drinks get in. It’s always a fun and entertaining ride. Besides, while you’re parting on weekend nights I’ll be out on the road making money. I’m also a clean person who showers at least once per day and cleans up after himself. I also a very good cook.

Moving forward I’ll be driving in Wildwood every weekend until the summer is over. So it will mostly be me out working or home sleeping.

If you like retro gaming you’ll definitely like me. I’ve got the original NES, Atari 2600, and Sega Genesis, and yes of course I have Altered Beast. I’m cool with roommates playing them.
