RENTER SHOULD HAVE a Full time job, No drugs, no smokers inside or outside. You can use the swimming pool. He/She must be quiet and follows house rules,
The room has also a microwave, medium size fridge and electric oven, but renter can use the main kitchen if needed.
Owner lives in the house with her 19 years old son .
Main picture is of the bedroom's window and roommate enters through the front door House is protected with surveillance cameras.
