Individual bedroom with shared living space. Unbeatable location- walk to restaurants, bars, and Monon! I'm looking for a new individual housemate for my place near the corner of 52nd and Central. The house will be shared with myself and my housemate/ college friend. We are both recent college graduates , open minded, non-judgement, and accepting people. Looking for a similar person to share our house . LGBQ friendly. The house is a three bedroom with 1 and half bathrooms and approximately 1800 sq feet. Shared living space is already furnished. Available bedroom is on second floor (approx measurement 14x11) with plenty of storage (in addition to the closet in your room , there is also a shared large main floor closet, single garage( perfect for bike) and basement available. Rent is $690 /month with all utilities (gas, electric, water, trash, internet) included. Tons of shared living space including a small backyard. Laundry in the basement. No inside smoking allowed. Small dog in home. Other pets considered but need to be able to get along.
