Room for rent

This is a new house I’m renting to own, so it’s completely empty and clean. Does have three rooms and whomever would have the medium size room. House also has a large room in between the kitchen and garage which will be a movie theatre room. Nice front yard and ok backyard which I will add a bbq pit and pool in the summer.

About the roomies
I’m a single dad with two younger kids (boy 8 and girl 14) just looking for a nice roommate. Someone with income or a job, smoke outside if you do and be down to earth. I’m clean but not OCD clean so someone clean as well is great. No pets

Looking for someone who would like to have a nice new roommate/friend. We have a nice-looking place with a awesome in-home movie theatre, thousands of movies, gaming system and just a fun area to chill and relax. Only other pay is part of the internet and if during the summer the electric bill gets crazy but that we’ll talk about then.
