Shared access to a large living area, kitchen and a huge, private yard with outdoor entertaining space. Off-street parking. I think it’s a nice house. I’ve done some work on it in the two years that I’ve owned it, but it still has a way to go. The room right now is furnished with a bed and a desk, and I'm in the process of painting it.
