It is adjacent to a refreshment center with a coffee bar, a mini refrigerator, a microwave oven, and snacks to satisfy midnight cravings—for the tenant's private use. A full-size, completely private bathroom is just steps away from the bedroom. This modern house (built in 2021) is located in a safe, quiet golf course community that's a short distance from two casinos/hotels and shopping. The shared areas include a spacious laundry room with a utility sink, an open-concept living room and dining room combination, and a large gourmet kitchen with an island. There is also a good-sized den/office and a huge covered patio in the rear.
