The room is completely furnished and ready to go. Or, furniture can be removed for new tenant. Private Bathroom, Internet, Netflix, and Local Channels included. The home is newer with AC and there is a washer and dryer provided. The kitchen is a shared space. Backyard could be shared on request.
I am a quiet, clean and respectful professional and I am looking for someone who is the same. I am outgoing and believe in the positive things in life. I have two dogs who are my very cherished fur babies! However, I have a Shark Matrix Plus that vacuums the house daily.
The neighborhood is in the Demonte Ranch area and is safe and beautiful. Neighbors are fabulous families that are very respectful and quiet. The Summit Mall is across the way with nice Restaurants and the Cinemark movie theater. Grocery Stores, Gas Stations and Churches are all super close and convenient. You would be centrally located, about 22 minutes from Downtown Reno, Incline Village, Carson City and Virginia City. It has worked out great for me! We also have plenty of walking and biking paths if you are an outdoor person. I walk my dogs daily.
