Female room mates wanted - female myself

4 bed 3 bathroom in Kingwood. Big house 2 adults early 30s currently reside in the house. 1 female 33 work from home (home office) 8am-430pm. Goes to sleep by 8pm. 1 toddler. 34 male works in the garage from 9am-10pm. Rarely in the house only to use downstairs bathroom and kitchen. The house is 3 mins from 75 mile bike/walking trails and community pool. Tons of parks, highly rated school district, close to restaurants and medical centers. New stainless fridge, new stainless microwave, new XL stainless washer and dryer (fits king size bed sheets with ease). Soundless dishwasher, pots pans utensils all for use. 2 rooms for rent 1 a little smaller than the other. Own bathroom until I can find a second room mate. I have a mini fridge you can rent for $10 a month to keep all your drinks nice and cold (if your too lazy to walk downstairs to
The big fridge). If you enjoy cooking or want to use the kitchen without any distractions give me a designated time and day you want the kitchen to yourself and it’s yours. 10lb old dog, doesn’t bother anyone and loves being petted. Very clean dog. I am very clean myself. If I’m not taking care of my kid or working I am constantly cleaning. The house is empty and quiet majority of the time. Weekends rarely anyone home.
