Charming home in greenlake

My name is anthony, my partner housemate and I are looking for an additional roommate to sublease. Our home is located in the green lake neighborhood a 10-minute walk from the light rail. It is adjacent to multiple grocery stores, multiple gyms and fitness centers and a major bus station. House comes with a washer, dryer, dishwasher front and backyard, and driveway. We are all in the culinary/service industry so the home tends to be very quiet during the day since we get off late at night. Must be pet friendly.
